Why It Costs Less Than the Lots Down the Road
It Is a Grass Lot, Not a Paved Facility
Level field, gravel lane at the gate. That is exactly why it costs $30 to $50 a month less than the paved lots in Farmersville and Princeton.
Fenced and Locked, With Eyes on It
A locked gate, and people from the park here every day. Cameras are going in shortly. It is not a 24-hour monitored facility, and we will not tell you it is. You carry your own insurance.
Storage Only — No Hookups
Nothing is plugged in and nobody stays in a stored rig. If you are looking for somewhere to actually live in your RV, that is our monthly sites — we would love to talk.

Storage Questions, Answered
What can I store there?
Boats, travel trailers, fifth wheels, utility and car-hauler trailers, enclosed work trailers, jet skis, pop-ups and project vehicles. If it rolls and it is registered, it almost certainly fits.
When can I get to my trailer?
Access is available on request. There is no gate code — the gate stays locked and our staff are on site every day to let you in, so just let us know when you are coming and we will have it open for you.
Is it secure?
The lot is fenced, the gate is locked, and park staff are here every day, with cameras going in shortly. It is not a coded-access, 24-hour monitored facility — that is why it costs less than the lots down the road. You keep your own insurance on whatever you store.
Is it gravel or grass?
A level grass field with a gravel lane at the gate. After heavy rain we ask people to give it a day or two before moving in or out, so nothing gets rutted or stuck.
Do I have to sign a lease?
No. It is month to month. Rent is due on the 1st, and you can leave any time with thirty days notice.
What does it cost to get started?
Just your first month. The $25 setup fee is waived right now, and there is no deposit and no credit check.
Can I plug in or stay in it?
No — there are no hookups on the storage lot and nobody stays in a stored rig. If you want somewhere to live in your RV, ask us about our monthly sites instead.
Can I work on it while it is there?
Checking on it, airing up tires and loading the boat are all fine. No repairs, no fuelling and no dumping on the lot.
I have a few trailers — can I take more than one space?
Yes, and three or more spaces is 10% off. A lot of our storage customers are crews with a couple of trailers and a piece of equipment.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your name and number, the length of what you are storing, and a photo of the registration and your insurance. Most people are parked the same week they call.
